If you are new to the vaping scene, the last thing you want is to be easily identified as a beginner. To help with that it is important to pick up some vape terminology. I myself picked up vape lingo by hanging around vape shops and with my friends who vaped, but you don’t have to. Below is a list of vaping terms that any beginner should know.

PV

PV stands for a personalized vaporizer. Referring to your vaporizer as a PV could gain you credibility right out the gate.

Atomizer

The Atomizer is the part of the vaporizer that contains the heating element. This heating element needs to be replaced quite frequently.

Cartomizer

The Cartomizer is in reference to the combination of the cartridge and atomizer.

Drip Tips

If you ever get into dripping, a Drip Tip is the mouthpiece that is used.

Mod

A mod is a vape pen jacked up. The mod is a PV with a much bigger battery making the vape device much more powerful.

Ejuice

Ejuice is in reference to the liquid substance you are vaping. It contains nicotine along with other substances that come in a variety of flavors.
